Ecuadorian Palo Santo - Pack of two

Our Palo Santo wood sticks are also known as Holy Wood and have been sourced ethically by collecting the naturally falling sticks in the forest of Ecuador. 

Whenever heated or burned, Palo Santo creates smoke that can help remove negative influences that are the root of many problems. 

Palo Santo is well known for diminishing negative emotions. It helps raise your vibration and supports the transition into a state of relaxation.

When to Cleanse
Whenever you need to re-balance your mental body, emotional body, or when you desire to let go of/transform any negative energy that is not for your highest good that’s affecting you.

While you are saging your room or your jewelry, make sure that you keep a strong and focused intention in mind.

How to Use Cleanse Sticks

Holding the stick by the “handle” end, use a lighter to ignite the tip.  Blow out any open flames so that the leaves slowly smolder.  Next, wave the smudging wand around a room, person, or objects to direct the fragrant, cleansing smoke.  Catch the ashes in a heat-resistant dish.  (An abalone shell is traditional, but you can use a smudge pot, incense burner, or even a regular plate, as long as you put something under it.)  Smudge sticks can be extinguished in a dish of sand and re-used many times.  Of course, never leave burning smudges unattended.
